Drone inspection

From observationto decision

Drone inspection of buildings, roofs and properties across Denmark. We fly the whole property in one day and deliver a report where every damage is located, classified and linked to a budget . No scaffolding and no one at risk.

DRONE FLIGHT

One visit covers the whole property

A certified pilot flies the roof, facades, gutters and chimneys systematically. No scaffolding, no lift — and the building stays in use throughout.

  • Certified pilots with the required permits
  • Roof, facades, gutters, chimneys and outdoor areas in the same flight
  • Typically one day on site, whatever the size
  • Resolution that shows a crack of a few millimetres

REPORT & RECOMMENDATIONS

Damage classified, prioritised and priced

Raw data is processed in AssetEye. Every finding gets a location on the building, a severity grade and a budget figure, so the report can be used directly as the basis for a decision.

  • AI classification of damage per building element
  • Molio budget calculated per damage type
  • Priority: repair now, next year or monitor
  • LCA estimate to EN 15804
  • The report is ready in a few days, not months

3D MODELS & POINT CLOUDS

The building as a measurable model

Hundreds of overlapping aerial photos are combined into a 3D model accurate to the centimetre. Owners, consultants and contractors work from the same geometry instead of estimates.

  • Coordinate accuracy of ±1–3 cm
  • Areas and heights calculated from the geometry
  • Basis for scaffolding design and renovation tenders
  • Shared as a web viewer — no software needed by the recipient

THERMOGRAPHY

What an ordinary photo cannot show

The same flight can be done with a thermal sensor. Moisture behind render, missing insulation and thermal bridges show up long before they can be seen with the naked eye.

  • Missing and settled insulation
  • Thermal bridges at eaves, joints and windows
  • Moisture build-up behind facades and in the roof structure
  • Best carried out from November to April
